Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to implement improved business processes and supplier strategies that advance Home Depot’s supplier relationships.
The Analyst, Supplier Operations Process, must start with the Supplier relationship and work backwards to ensure that Home Depot is supporting the growth and development of its Suppliers. This role executes data-informed strategies to optimize supplier support, product onboarding, and online product data requirements.
The Analyst’s job is to ensure that the Online Merchandising team provides strong resources and support for our Suppliers to manage their businesses.
The Analyst, SO Process, will ensure suppliers are always supported and are able to resolve any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Work with Merchandise Planning Managers, Online Merchants, and cross functional partners to analyze business drivers and recommend/execute strategies
- 40% Execute key daily/weekly/monthly business performance reporting

Lead Data Scientist – Experimentation

Position Purpose:
The Lead Data Scientist for Online Experimentation is responsible for leading the initiatives that drive more, faster and better experimentation in a competitive eCommerce environment. This role assists in the design and development of the Home Depot scalable experimentation infrastructure that informs business decision making by applying expertise of both business and Advanced Analytics. Lead Data Scientists for Experimentation focus on leveraging statistical methodologies to allow for large-scale, complex experimentation design and measurement.
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of our experimentation platform to ensure governance over tests from a variety of sources, to provide valid and speedy measurement to insights that deliver clean and easy test readout. Position Purpose:
Online Data Architect teams at The Home Depot coordinate with key stakeholders to determine data collection needs and write technical specs to support the translation of business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams. They work closely with engineers to ensure the internal customer’s data needs are captured. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
